JIMWAY'S PATENTED TORSION-SPRING PRECLEANER, WHICH EACH BLADE BOUNCES AWAY FROM THE BELT FOR SPLICE PASSAGE AND QUICKLY RETURNS TO THE CLEANING POSITION.
The torsion-spring precleaner is a reliable solution for effectively removing bulk material carryback while protecting the belt and its splices. Moreover, patented blade can self-adjust and maintain blade-to-belt contact via a torsion element. Carryback adheres to the belt, which causes serious material accumulation and residue build-up return rollers. Therefore, belt mistracking or belt-edge damage results in unscheduled downtime. Depending on application, three materials of blades are available, PU, tungsten carbide and nano, which thoroughly scrape conveyor belts clean at the head pulley and eliminate problems with carryback and spillage.––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
