USED WHERE STICKY MATERIALS ADHERE TO THE BELT, JIMWAY'S SPRIAL RETURN ROLLER IS A SOLUTION FOR SHEDDING STICKY MATERIAL AND MAINTAINING PROPER BELT TRACKING.

This self-cleaning roller has utilizing durable PU discs and operates in specific direction to limit belt wandering. Materials build-up on the rollers, which  causing the belt to mistrack/flap and material spillage that the rollers fails prematurely. Jimway's maintenance-free spiral return roller reduces downtime due to less carryback or less belt mistracking. The non-stick properties of the PU material ensures that unwanted wet sticky material won't adhere the roller and extends the roller service life.
